Austin Golf Course Communities

The Austin Business Journal reports that four local communities were included in a report by California-based John Burns Real Estate Consulting of the 50 Top-Selling U.S. Master Planned Communities for 2011.

It's no surprise that all of them are Austin golf course communities favored by our clients:

  • Sun City Texas (Georgetown)
  • Teravista (Round Rock)
  • Crystal Falls (Leander)
  • Steiner Ranch (Austin)

While Florida, Arizona, California, and a few other states had communities included, we're proud to see 20 Texas names on the list.

If you'd like to learn more about Sun City, Teravista, Crystal Falls, Steiner Ranch, or any of the fantastic golf course communities in Austin, check out our neighborhoods page, or contact us today.

avery_trepac_008_400One of our most recent outings was to participate in the Austin Board of Realtors - TREPAC fundraiser on May 4th.

The golf tournament raised money for the Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee. TREPAC works at the state legislature level to advise elected officials and influence public policy decisions to protect private property rights, Real Estate licensees, and homebuyers.

Avery Ranch was the host club, and playing conditions were spectacular.  As one of Austin's premier public courses, Avery Ranch allows public participation in many of its tournaments.

Visit the Avery Ranch Golf Club events page for a list of upcoming activities, including a Men's Weekly 9-Hole League, which starts Wednesday, May 5th.
