Haval Abbas has exceeded all expectations I had ever hoped for in a realtor. I never thought the process of buying/selling could be so easy! Haval was extremely thoughtful in our needs for both selling our current home and buying our new home. We got to know each other pretty well, and toward the end of the house searching journey, Haval understood exactly what we were looking for. You can easily see that Haval does not listen to respond. He listens to understand the needs of his clients. I want to note that this is the highest compliment I could ever offer a realtor. Haval was incredibly respectful in assisting on what we can do to help our home sell fast. We communicated through text initially to answer some basic questions and then he asked if he could give us a call. From the very beginning, Haval built a productive relationship with me by proactively creating a win-win partnership. Every step of the way felt like a cohesive team working towards the same goal. Haval communicates effectively verbally and in my case and very importantly, in written format. Since I am currently in Bangkok, Thailand, we had a 12 hour time difference, and a lot of our communication took place via email which sometimes can be very difficult to build relationships or to communicate a message effectively. This never was a problem for us since his written communication was always clear and specific and always polite and considerate. As I mentioned earlier, I really did feel like this was a partnership and we were able to make sound decisions because we were aligned on the outcome and level of risk I wanted to take in negotiating a property. I have had a very good experience with Haval. I initially found him through the Realty Austin Home page when I began my home searching on the internet 2 years ago. At that time I was just playing around looking at homes and dreaming of a new home. Haval made contact with me and initially I did not respond because I was not a serious buyer yet. He never gave up on following up with me when I did at some point respond back to him. Because of his great efforts to still stay in touch with me despite my long breaks of not responding to his emails due to my crazy work schedule this is what led me to contact him when I was serious about looking for a home. I can be quite indecisive and he was so patient about it all! When I asked him to look up information on homes he was on it! He is dedicated to his work and he was so prompt in his responses with me responding to me day and night literally. Meeting Haval I knew he was the real estate person for my Husband and I. He is not pushy with this customers at all and he is very easy to get along sharing his very vast knowledge of the real estate market and of the homebuying experience. He is genuine and diligent about his work. I have also seen his interactions with other realtors out there and he shows consistent professionalism along with advocating for Ben and I when needed. We constructed a new home and this is our first. Haval is our realtor and any thing I say about him is very less. He guided us from the beginning to the end and was always available to our concerns and questions. Since we were new to building/ buying a house, we always had a ton of questions and doubts and oh man, what a professional he is.. Never ever I have seen him frustrated, amused at us. We contacted Haval through the Internet from our home in Virginia. He called us promptly and we began the process of becoming acquainted. When we traveled to Texas, Haval was very patient and flexible as we had to change plans several times due to a death in the family. When we were able to travel to Austin on short notice, Haval made himself available and spent the day getting to know us better and showed us homes/lots until almost dusk. He had also done a lot of work behind the scenes to be ready for us. Haval's service was top notched; he always had our needs and desires in mind until he found us the right home. We are very pleased with all the extra time he gave us. He helped us with the inspection while we were in Virginia and followed up to ensure items the homeowner needed to fix were completed properly. Overall, our experience was outstanding.

This is our third time being represented by Haval with a new purchase also in the works. Our first purchase was bought sight unseen after Haval spotted the gem. Having taken the time to really understand what we were looking for he was able to find us the perfect place. Our third transaction was the sale of the same home and the current review. His ability to see the future value in a property is amazing! He worked tirelessly through a few slow months on the market always remaining connected and relieving our anxiety. He then managed to negotiate a deal that was literally perfect for us. The best thing is that he negotiates in a manner that doesn't add unneeded stress for the client. He knows exactly how to handle the various personalities, cultures and egos involved in a sale. Our buyer was without an agent and Haval spent an enormous amount of time nurturing the deal by answering their numerous questions and odd requests, even staying up late into the night emailing them while on vacation to make sure we got it nailed down in time. You will not find a more adept, hardworking realtor with amazing integrity that you can trust implicitly to go to bat for you. I've recommended Haval many times over the past few years and frankly can't fathom why you'd use anyone else.

The highest praise for Haval Abbas and Realty Austin! We recently had to relocate to the Austin area and did not know where to start when it came to looking for a new home. Thankfully, I found Haval. From the very beginning he listened to our needs and preferences. He had a list of houses for me look over the day after we met. He worked to get to know us and figure out what area of North Austin and what type of house would best fit our needs. We only had one weekend to find a house. Haval cleared his schedule and spent the entire day driving us all around North Austin. We found a home that day! It was new and construction already in progress. The experience with the builder over the next few months would have been very difficult if not for Haval. He fought for us and kept the builder in line with all they had promised. He was there any time we needed him - day or night. He kept in constant contact with us through email and text. Because we were not in the Austin area while the house was being built, Haval would go by regularly and check on things for us. I don't know any other realtor that would go the extra mile like Haval did and continues to do. Just today, he called to check on us and see how everything is going. We closed 2 weeks ago and he is still following up. I not only look at Haval as our realtor but also as our friend. He is the one to ask for when moving to the Austin area. Thank you Haval!

Haval Abbas was our realtor on a house we just moved in. He was extremely knowledgeable, humble, professional, and patient. Everything you need in a realtor these days. He never pressured us into buying a house, picking a lender, or anything else. Every piece of information he gave us (houses, pricing, communities, realtors, etc..) was worth knowing. Haval Abbas worked with us for over 2 years. We started looking before I retired so there was no hurry. He arranged for us to look at houses from Georgetown to Bastrop to Dripping Springs. He did a great job. Once we settled on a house he suggested I lower my bid, and it was accepted so he saved me some money, too. Then he recommended an inspector that we were very impressed with. Overall Haval did a great job.

We worked with Haval Abbas while looking to buy a house in Austin and our experience with him was fantastic! We did two visits to scout the various neighborhoods, and Haval spent two full days with us showing us various parts of town. He scheduled appointments at several homes in advance. Our visits were extremely well planned and we were able to quickly decide the neighborhood and builder. Haval did a great job of negotiating price, providing constant updates, working with the builder, and in general staying on top of everything during the construction of the house. With all the recent financial regulations, there was plenty of angst during the Closing process but we were well prepared thanks to his planning and advice. In summary: We were extremely pleased. Haval is patient, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Couldn t ask for more. Two thumbs up! We know who we are calling the next time we are in the market! In many ways, I now see Haval as much as a friend as my advisor/guide through the home purchase process. Since we had to sell a house in California and had no idea how the market would treat that end of what we had to do in order to move, patience and understanding were very important on the part of Haval. Haval is also a consummate professional who understood how to deal with the vagaries of moving from nothing to a decision point with someone without a clear goal. I liked that Haval took the extra time to bring me into the Steiner Ranch Golf Club and introduced me to the manager, showed me the restaurants, gym, golfing area etc. Actually seeing the lifestyle helped enforce my decision to buy there. He also explained the school systems, the Austin real estate market and the lifestyle. Haval also took the time to show me the lake and good resteraunts and pointed out areas convenient to shop. Since we are from out of state, he did the house inspection and when our financing took longer than we expected, he was creative in arranging for us to rent the house until the financing came through. Had he not thought of that idea, we wouldn't have the beautiful house we found. So we appreciate that.
